New England Aquarium

Corrosion-Resistant
Occasionally, BusRun™ busway has to go beyond 'longer runs, with fewer feeds' and 'lighting, power, and support' from the same system. Such is the case with aquariums, where high humidity levels call for corrosion-resistant materials and manufacturing methods.

Having supplied corrosion-resistant and marine-finish lighting systems for a number of projects over it's 25-year history, Litelab had a BusRun™ solution just right for the New England Aquarium.

Whether Integrated T-Bar BusRun PowerGrids™ (this page) or surface-mounted BusRun™ busway (inside) all BusRunţ, Jewelers' Collection, and Classic Collection fixtures were supplied to corrosion-resistant specifications (consult).

2-Circuit, Ceiling-Integrated BusRun™
In this part of the aquarium, hanging BusRun™ appears recessed in a suspended ceiling system. BusRun PowerGrid™ Ceiling products integrate with commercially available suspended drywall and suspended acoustical tile systems.
